Creating new translation is easy. I would be very happy, if someone is interested in making a new one. Everyone can send me an email, I will explain how to make it and I will gladly place it here in the end.

Language install:

Unpack downloaded archive with language into "lang" folder located in wherever you launch Action Monitor from. New language is going to appear in settings after restart. For applying language choose appropriate value in select box.
